How We Work

You can call us or send us an email with your specific requirements; if sending an email, please go to the "Contact Us" page and provide the information requested.

We will search our data base for the best available accommodation based on your requirements. We will email you with specific information including photos of the property. If more than one property fits your needs, you will receive several proposals.

Once you have decided to book one of our rentals, we will send you, via email, a confirmation/invoice as well as a copy of the rental agreement. You will be asked to acknowledge the email (and by doing so, you will be bound to the terms of the contract). A deposit of 50% is due within within 7 days of the initial reservation. If you fail to make a timely payment and/or fail to acknowledge the email contract, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

An Information Kit which will include the address of your accommodation, telephone numbers, driving directions, a map and other important information will be sent to you about one month prior to arrival.
