We offer our travel agent friends commission on a sliding scale, based on the amount of annual business. Basic commission begins at 8% and overrides can go as high as 15%. Here is the commission scale: $0-10,000 - 8%; $10,001-$20,000 - 10%; $20,001- $30,000 - 11%; $30,001 - $40,000 - 12%; $40,001 - $50,000 - 13%; $50,001 - $60,000 - 14%; and $60,001 and above - 15%.  Once each threshold has been reached, the override commission will be paid retroactively.

Regular commissions are paid within 30 days of the conclusion of the rental. Override commission will be paid annually at the end of the year.

We pay commission only on villa, apartment and houseboat rentals. Other services such as transfers, car/van rental, etc. are net and non-commissionable.

From time to time, we are able to offer special travel agent rates for our rentals. Please inquire.
